MEET THE TEAM

Sean Kubota
FOUNDER
Sean Kubota, born and raised in Los Angeles, has lived an active life rooted in movement, discipline, and physical mastery. A judo black belt, lifelong weightlifter, yoga teacher, and breakdancer, Sean’s diverse athletic background has given him a deep understanding of the human body in motion.
Like many lifelong athletes, Sean has also accumulated his share of injuries along the way. These experiences led him to develop an advanced understanding of injury mitigation, prevention, and recovery—knowledge that now informs the foundation of his coaching.
Over the past five years, Sean has built a successful personal training practice by focusing on maximizing strength and performance while minimizing the risk of injury. By blending strength training with mobility work, yoga, and functional movement, he has developed a method that helps clients regain strength, restore movement, and return to levels of function they once thought were lost.
Sean loves what he does and is deeply committed to helping his clients move better, feel stronger, and succeed in their pursuit of long-term health and vitality.

Nick Reiner
OC AREA LEAD
Nick Reiner, born and raised in Southern California, has dedicated his life to improving both his own well-being and the lives of those around him. What began as a personal passion for health and wellness evolved into a lifelong commitment to understanding and optimizing the human body.
An advanced Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instructor, wrestler, weightlifter, and runner, Nick brings a well-rounded understanding of body mechanics, strength and conditioning, and human movement. His approach is rooted in building strength, improving mobility, and maintaining the durability needed to perform at a high level.
Committed to helping clients reach their full potential, Nick focuses on creating sustainable habits that enhance both performance and overall quality of life, guiding them to move better, feel better, and live better.

SCOTT LOWRIE
LA AREA LEAD
Scott Lowrie is an experienced bodybuilder, strength & conditioning coach, and nutrition specialist with a deep understanding of performance and physique development. With over 15 years of strength training experience, Scott brings a highly refined approach to building strength, improving body composition, and supporting long-term health.
With a strong background in nutrition and supplementation, Scott has developed a deep understanding of how to fuel the body for performance, recovery, and results. His ability to listen and apply that knowledge allows him to create personalized strategies that align with each client’s goals and lifestyle.
His approach to training is thoughtful, precise, and always focused on achieving optimal results while keeping clients safe, strong, and highly mobile.
Scott is passionate about helping people build strength, improve their health, and develop sustainable habits that support long-term performance and well-being.
